One of the main structural divisions of the State Unitary Enterprise “Regional Cardiology Center ” is the admission department. The activity of the Cardiology admission department is based on Order No. 761 of 29.2015 approved by the Ministry of Health and Social Development on the rules of inpatient care.

Assistance in the emergency department of cardiology is provided around the clock, patients with coronary heart disease are being admitted: acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, unstable forms of angina pectoris, acute cardiac arrhythmia and conduction, with hypertensive crisis, with myocarditis and other acute diseases of the cardiovascular system.

The structure of the cardiology admission department includes:

• 1 medical post
• treatment room
• observation room

The observation room is designed for 2 beds.

In this unit of the cardiology admission department, if necessary, resuscitation measures are carried out for patients who are admitted for treatment in a borderline condition. Patients are also monitored in the ward in order to carry out differential diagnosis and clarify the diagnosis, with the necessary treatment at this stage.

The cardiology emergency room is serviced by diagnostic units:

• Functional diagnostics room (ECG, echocardiogram).
• Clinical diagnostic laboratory.
• X-ray room.
• Ultrasound room.

In addition, round-the-clock consultation by OCC specialists via remote ECG with the regions of the Zhetysu region has been established.
